Women’s Guild Neurology Project
In 2019, Women’s Guild extended its far-reaching partnership with the medical center by establishing the Women’s Guild Distinguished Chair in Neurology and launching the Women’s Guild Neurology Project—an ambitious, $10 million initiative to drive innovative research and education to advance understanding of complex neurological disorders. Led by Women’s Guild Distinguished Chair in Neurology Nancy L. Sicotte, MD, the project will enable physicians and researchers to identify ways to diagnose, treat, prevent and perhaps even cure Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraine and more.
